Do we do printing on bags?
Yes, but it has to be done as part of the manufacturing process. Finished bags cannot be taken out of a box and printed one at a time.
Do you have a minimum amount of bags that can be printed?
Yes, because it is part of the manufacturing process, there is a minimum amount of material that can be run through the machinery at a time. As a general rule, for a bag about the size of a Boutique Carry Bag (i.e a bag like a Just Jeans bag) would require a minimum order of approx 5,000 to be commercially viable.
What are the other costs involved in having a bag printed?
There are artwork costs involved for preparing and making the printing plates needed for actual printing. There is not really an average price as it depends on the size of the print and the number of colours you want on your print.
How many colours can we print?
We are able to print 6 colours, both sides of the bag.
How long does it take to have something made?
It depends on what the product is, if it is plain plastic tubing, turn around time could be as little as 10 days, for plain bags – approximately two weeks, and for printed bags, three weeks from receipt of written approval of artwork. If you already had your printing plates and artwork available – 3 weeks from receipt of order.

In these cases, material may vary from batch to batch or from supplier to supplier and this makes tracing difficult. Traceability is mandatory for food contact. Our records are kept for 5 years.
